What is kombucha? Kombucha is a fermented, fizzy, and sweetened black or green tea drink. It is produced by fermenting sweetened tea using a SCOBY (symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast), and often has juice, spices, or other flavours added to enhance the taste.
Crave Kombucha is naturally carbonated through the fermentation process, so there is a little bit of fizz, which makes it a good replacement for pop (or juice). Some benefits associated with drinking kombucha are improved digestion, increased energy, and boosted immune system. Crave has a variety of flavours, including Cranberry Mango, Ginger Lemon, Raspberry Mint, and Pink Lemonade. Their products are available in 355 mL bottles or Growler size.
